SoCal Alliance started in 2022 when one team lent spare parts to another at a critical moment. That act of generosity became a movement. Today we're a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) charitable organization uniting VEX teams across Southern California.
Our college members mentor high school teams. Our high school members mentor middle school teams. We share resources, volunteers, and collaboration opportunities because most of us learned through other students, and we want to make robotics accessible to everyone.
VEX Robotics has a low barrier to entry by design. You don't need a huge team or massive funding to compete. Every member makes a real impact.
